Overview
MARTYR’S MEMORIAL at Savar, which was built to commemorate the martyrs of war of independence in 1971. The natural setup of 35 km from Dhaka the surroundings of the site and the architectural design of the monument has got extra ordinary attraction.
BALIATI PALACE is located at the Baliati village at Saturia of Manikganj was build about 200 years ago on the bank of the Gazikhali river. The palace is situated on a lush and sprawling premise, approximately 16000 square meter. About 200 rooms are available inside the premise. Back side of the palace has a pond.
DHAMRAI known as brass artisan village & experience with intricate brass works. This artistic brass works have been inherited by the particular section of people since the historical Pala dynasty of 7th centaury AD. This region was famous & practicing Hindu cultural activities since the “Maha Bharat” epic period. Here you will see the “Hindu Rath” which is similar to Roman Chaeiot. Some locals making pottery are still survived denying the modern world.
